Spicy Paneer Nuggets

In every
party first we have to serve welcome drink, must be refreshing and chilled but
after drink we need to serve some light starter. So here “Spicy Paneer Nuggets”
are interesting and tasty appetizer for our lovely guests.

On 3rd day of blogging marathon under occasional theme, I choose spicy paneer nuggets; because it’s very simple and tasty snacks which accomplish easily with our Indian refreshing drink i.e. sherbet, aam panna, colddrinks and lots of party mocktails.

For this
recipe, you have to just combine paneer with spice, coat with crumbs and fried.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 3 persons
Ingredients
1 Cup Cottage
Cheese/ Paneer, Grated
2 Tbsp. Coriander
Leaves, Chopped
1 Green
chili, Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Roasted
Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Chat
Masala
1/2 Tsp. Coriander
Powder
1/4 Tsp. Black
Pepper Powder
Red Chili Powder
to Taste
1/4 Tsp. Garam
Masala
Cornflour for
Batter
Bread Crumbs
for Top Coating
Oil for Deep
Frying

Direction
Combine
grated paneer, green coriander, green chili and all spices together in large
bowl. Knead as soft dough. Now mix water and cornflour with pinch of salt and
pepper powder as thick consistency batter in another bowl. Divide the dough into equal parts
and dip paneer balls into batter and coat with bread crumb.
Heat the
sufficient oil on medium flame, when oil is hot enough. Add paneer ball in
small batches and deep fry them till to golden and crisp on low flame. Drain this golden
balls on absorbent paper and sprinkle little chaat masala. Serve these spicy
paneer nuggets with green and tomato sauce.
