Vegetable Raita

Last Updated on

Raita is a side dish which serves with pulao
or biryani. For this recipe, you have to mix the chopped vegetables with
whipped yogurt and spices. In raita, yogurt may be seasoned with roasted cumin,
black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, red chili, mint powder, and other herbs
too. There are so many variations available in raita or yogurt like boondi
raita, cucumber raita, anar raita, vegetable raita, mooli raita and more. We always
prefer to add milk in curd to adjust the thickness which makes raita creamy and delicious more instead
of adding water.
