samosa is fried or baked pastry with savory filling snack which served with
spicy and sweet sauces. In this recipe, savory filling used such as spiced
potatoes, onion, peas, paneer, lentil and now a days minced meat also used for
non-vegetarian lovers. The samosa is originated in central Asia. Its size and
consistency may be varying but available triangle in shape. Vegetarian samosa
originated in North India… Uttar Pradesh, it’s a very popular snack or
appetizer which available whole day in market. In India, samosas are usually
vegetarian and often accompanied by mint chutney, imli chutney, chola gravy or
alu gravy. Now time to reveal more variations of samosas, I hope all of you
