Baked Spicy Potato Wedges | Vegan Recipe

Potato wedges are wedges of potatoes, often large and unpeeled, that are either baked or fried.
They are sold at diners and fast food restaurants.

Firstly we
have to cut them in thick wedges form after that mix or coat with spices and
olive oil. Then you can deep fry them or baked in oven. This time I made Baked
Spicy Potato wedges which are very healthy and easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients 
1 kg Potatoes, Washed and Cleaned
2 Tbsp. Olive oil

For Spice Mix
2 Tsp. Dried parsley 
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Pepper Powder
1 Tsp. Dried Rosemary 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°f or 230°C.
Pour the olive oil onto a baking sheet. Add spices and mix with oil.
Clean the potatoes and cut them into even wedges with skin.
Place the potatoes on baking sheet and coat them with spice mix evenly. Bake
them for 20 minutes. 
After 20 minutes. Take out and flip them and again bake for 10 minutes more. 

Serve warm
wedges with sour cream or ketchup.

Notes: if you want more crispy then
increase the baking time.
