Sewiyan in which we shallow fry the vermicelli and cook in water or milk whatever
you like and add sugar and flavors. That serves as dry dessert…
Heat the ghee in the pan
on medium flame and fried the vermicelli. Now after little golden color, add
hot water into the pan and cook well until water becomes evaporated. Now add
sugar (according to your taste) and cardamom powder when vermicelli cook well, switch
off the flame. Garnish with mix nuts and serve hot.
