Sugarcane Juice without sugarcane |Ganne Ka Juice | Summer Special Drink

Today I’m going to share very refreshing and delightful beverage that captures the essence of nature’s sweetness—Sugarcane juice.

 

To make this recipe, we do not need any sugarcane or fancy syrup. Just use jaggery powder or grated jaggery.  It tastes and looks exactly like real sugarcane juice with aromatic flavor of roasted cumin powder, black salt and mint leaves.

Sugarcane Juice without sugarcane |Ganne Ka Juice | Summer Special Drink

 

Ingredients

1 cup powdered jaggery

Few mint leaves

1/4 tsp black salt

1 lemon juice

Few icecubes

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients jaggery, mint leaves, black salt, lemon juice and icecubes in mixing jar. Add little water and grind it for few seconds.

Now strain the mixture and transfer into serving glass with more icecubes.

Serve chilled homemade sugarcane juice.
