Fruit Icecream Pudding

Fruit and Ice-cream is a mix of various fruits and nuts served with ice-cream and chocolate sauce. Fruit salad or pudding is one of the popular dishes that are featured in dessert category in the menu of many Indian restaurants.

 

The fruits are fresh and already sweet, no need to add sugar or honey in this dessert. This is a simple fruit and ice-cream salad or pudding recipe is which easy to prepare.

 

In place of vanilla ice cream, you can even use other ice cream flavors also such as strawberry, chocolate, butter scotch and more. Even you can add jelly, custard or crushed cookies.

Ingredients

Vanilla Ice-cream- 6 scoops.

Mango (peeled and chopped) – 3 tbsps.

Kiwis (peeled and chopped) – 3 tbsps.

Oranges (Peeled and inner transparent skin)- 3 tbsp.

Pomegranate seeds- 3 tbsp.

Apples (Peeled and Chopped) – 3 tbsp.

For Garnish

Chocolate sauce

Wafers- triangle shaped cut.

Few chopped Nuts – ½ cup.

 

Instructions

Take three transparent glasses.

Garnish with chocolate sauce and refrigerate till to set.

Add half portion of mix fruits and 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream in each glass.

Again repeat this layer.

Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate sauce on a top.

Add wafer in each glass. Serve as chilled.

Note: Use owns choice of ice-cream flavor and combination of fruits which easily available.

  • 3 Tbsps. Pomegranate Seeds
  • 3 Tbsps. Apples Peeled and Chopped
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Wafers- triangle shaped cut.
  • 1/2 Cup Few Nuts Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take three transparent glasses.
  • Garnish with chocolate sauce and refrigerate till to set.
  • Add half portion of mix fruits and 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream in each glass.
  • Again repeat this layer.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate sauce on a top.
  • Add wafer in each glass. Serve as chilled.
