Ingredients
- 2 medium sized potatoes (dice chopped)
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- Green coriander chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ red chillies powder
- ½ turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- ¼ tsp. garam masala
- ½ tsp. cumin seeds
- Water for gravy
Method
- Wash, peel and chopped potatoes in dice shape.
- Now heat the pressure cooker on medium flame.
- Add 1 tbsp. ghee and add cumin seeds, when they start crackle.
- Add tomatoes (chopped) and sauté for 5 minutes.
- When tomatoes left ghee, add all spices (salt, red chillies powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala) - Add potatoes and water (1/2 glass).
- Now close the lid of cooker and wait till for 3-4 whistles.
- Now open the lid and add fresh green chopped coriander.
- Serve with hot puri’s and curd.
