Here’s a recipe for Delhi Style Cold Coffee:

Ingredients:

2 Cups Full Cream Milk

2 Tbsps. Coffee Powder

4 Tbsps. Powdered Sugar (Adjust to Taste)

Few Ice-Cubes

 

Instructions:

In a blender, add the milk, instant coffee powder, sugar, and ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed until the coffee is frothy and the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Taste the coffee and adjust the sweetness and coffee strength according to your preference by adding more sugar or coffee powder if needed.

Take two serving glasses and drizzle some chocolate syrup on the insides of the glasses, if desired.

Pour the blended coffee mixture into the glasses.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Delhi-style cold coffee!
