This aloo toast recipe is an easy and tasty sandwich recipe. You can serve this recipe as lunch box meal, in breakfast and even in dinner also. To make variation, you can apply green chutney, garlic chutney whatever you prefer to enhance the taste. But i prefer simple and buttery in taste.
It is a great to have as a quick breakfast or dinner meal with tea or coffee. To prepare this toast, just combine mashed potatoes with spices and apply on bread slices. You can cook this toast recipe on gas griddle or in toaster.

8 Bread Slices
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes, Peeled and Mashed
2 Green Chilies, Chopped
2 Tbsps. Green Coriander, Chopped
Salt to Taste
Red Chili Powder to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp. Raw Mango Powder
1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
How to Make Aloo Masala Toast Recipe:
Combine mashed potatoes, green chilies, coriander and spices and mix well. Heat the 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick pan. Add potato mixture and stir fry. Keep aside to cool. Take a bread slice and spread potato mixture evenly. Cover with another slice and apply melted butter both sides and grill into toaster. Serve hot potato toast with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
