This recipe is very simple made with two ingredients are
melon and syrup. For this recipe you can used any seasonal fruit like melon,
papaya, mango or fleshy fruit which easily scoop out and served with flavored
syrup and glazed cherries or chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
Honey Dew Melon, chilled
Kala Khatta Syrup or (as you like)
Cherry, for garnishing
Instructions:
Peel and cut the melon into half and discard the seeds.
Scoop the melon flesh into balls using icecream scoop. Keep
the melon balls in small cocktail glass.

Pour the syrup over the melon balls and garnish with cherry
