Paneer Lifafa Paratha is a stuffed paratha recipe which looks crusty outside and soft inside, made in envelope shape with paneer stuffing.

Lifafa Paratha is a paratha recipe which cooked in envelope shape, Lifafa means envelop. In this paratha, dough and stuffing both are preparing in general way but we fold the dough in the shape of envelope with stuffing. To make lifafa paratha, I used paneer burji as stuffing. To prepare dough you can use refined flour or wheat flour or both. I prefer whole wheat flour to make healthy parathas for breakfast. It’s perfect recipe for kids lunchbox. You can serve these parathas with chutney, pickle or curd.
