Coriander Chutney (Dhaniya Chutney)

Coriander Chutney recipe or dhaniya chutney recipe is a staple Indian chutney recipe which made from green coriander leaves, chilies and spices. It is gluten free, no onion and no garlic chutney. You can use this chutney for making Indian chaats, sandwiches, burger and many mores. You can serve this chutney with Indian snacks, rice as side accompaniment.

 

For more variation, you can add onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, mint leaves or coconut in this recipe. I usually make green chutney with few ingredients such as green coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, spices, curd only till to smooth texture and keep in airtight jar in the freeze.

 

Ingredients:

1 Bunch Fresh Green Coriander, stem removed

1 Tsp. Cumin Powder

Salt to Taste

2 Green Chillies

2 Tbsp. Curd

2 Tsp. Coriander Powder

1 Tsp. Amchoor Powder

2 Tsp. Lemon Juice

 

Instructions:

Add everything into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Add some water if the chutney is too thick then adjust salt to taste.

Stored in an airtight container in the fridge your green chutney should last at least 1 week.
