Brown Sugar
1 Cup
Full Cream Milk
1 Cup
Condense Milk
1 Cup
Whipped Yogurt
1 Tbsp.
Custard Powder
1 Tsp.
Vanilla Essence
all the ingredients except sugar till to lumps dissolve completely. Strain the
mixture in separate bowl.
the sugar in a nonstick pan on a medium flame till to sugar melted and nice
golden caramel form.
Add 1
tbsp. caramel mixture at the bottom of mould and cover with custard mixture.
it for 20 minutes on medium flame in steamer.
the custard from mould and serve chilled with extra caramel sauce.

You can use pressure cooker also for steaming this custard.

add cornflour also instead of custard powder.
