Instant Chocolate Peda

Chocolate Peda is a recipe which made with
cocoa, milk solids and almonds. This time I tried some instant version in which
we used Marie digestive biscuits and knead dough by using milk with other dry
ingredients. It’s a healthy and simple recipe which you can prepare anytime
within 5-10 minutes. It’s no oil and no cooking recipe. For this recipe I used
almond powder for nutty flavour but you can replace the almond with walnut or
cashews powder whatever you like or available.

8 Biscuits, Powder
1/2 Cup Milk Powder
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
1/4 Cup Almond Powder
2 Tbsp. Sugar Powder
1 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
3-4 Tbsp. Boiled Milk, for dough
Combine all ingredients together in large and
make soft dough. Grease your hands with butter or desi ghee, divide the dough
into equal portions and roll into round peda form. Garnish with almond halves.
Notes: You can replace the almonds with pistachios or cashews or walnuts, whatever you like.
