This rice dish is a combination of green peas , mint and coriander leaves. It is a very simple and aromatic one pot meal dish which serves with curd or raita. Even you can add more vegetables also like potato, carrots, capsicum to make more healthier dish.

What we needed to cook Green peas and mint pulao
3 Cups Cooked Basmati Rice
1/4 Cup Chopped Mint Leaves
1 Cup Boiled Green Peas
2 Green Chilies, Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves, Chopped
Salt to Taste
Red Chili Powder to Taste
1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
2 Tbsps. Oil
How to cook green peas and mint pulao
Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add onion and green chilies and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add green peas, coriander and mint, salt, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix well and cook for few seconds. Add cooked rice and toss gently. Stir few seconds and Serve Immediately with curd or raita. You can use leftover steam rice also for making this recipe.

That is a wonderful one pot meal Preeti. I always love to add green peasn in pulaos as it gives a nice taste as well as it looks really good. The mint must add a nice flavour to it.
