I usually have my local Hindi radio on in the mornings while I prepare breakfast. So the RJ usually wants his listeners to call him and tell him what exciting breakfast they have had. This morning a man calls to tell him that his wife prepared for him bread besan toast or vegan French toast. Love the video on the street food of Delhi. How all they have to innovate new recipes to remain in the game.
Easy and fuss free one. I mostly make it as a quick breakfast.
