Oil for Pan Frying
Instructions
Boil the vegetable

add 1 Tbsp. Oil, sauté garlic paste, green chilies and onion till to

Combine the cooked
amaranth with vegetable masala mixture.

coriander also. Make equal sized round shaped kebabs and keep aside in plate.

Combine cornflour,
salt and water in small bowl and make running paste.

Now dip the kebabs
