Apple Halwa | Indian Apple Pudding Recipe

Last Updated on

Apple Halwa is an Indian pudding dessert
or sweet recipe made with three simple ingredients are grated apple, sugar and oil
or ghee. As I choose this recipe under vegan sweet theme, so replace the ghee
with coconut oil which is good as ghee. You can add milk powder or mawa also to
enhance the taste and texture of this halwa. It is very simple and easy to cook
recipe and good for toddlers also.

Whenever we made this recipe, always
cooked in desi ghee and served along with scoop of vanilla icecream and roasted
nuts. (Optional)
