This time I made beetroot hummus recipe made with boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds, olive oil and parboiled beetroot. It is the smoothest and creamiest hummus recipe which you can easily prepare at home.
You can use this homemade hummus recipe further in making of wraps and fries. At the time of making, don’t have enough time to prepare tahini paste. So I used whole roasted sesame seeds in mixture. Other Hummus dips variation: Classic Hummus recipe and Avocado Hummus recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Beetroot, Peeled and Chopped
2 Cup Chickpeas, Boiled
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds or Tahini
2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt To Taste
Pepper Powder to Taste
4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
How to make beet hummus recipe:
Add beetroot, chickpeas, olive oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor until to smooth and creamy. Serve in bowl with extra olive oil and pepper powder or flakes. Serve with chips or green veggies.
