This cold pasta salad recipe is really healthy, filling, colorful and delicious recipe which made with fresh vegetables and boiled pasta. This recipe is totally kid’s friendly which you can serve for lunch, dinner, picnic or lunchboxes.
My baby is one of the fussy eater who eats only few items such as bread, biscuits, pasta, noodles, cheese and fruits. So this time I tried plain pasta without sauce for me in which I added lots of fresh and colorful vegetables.

You can choose any shapes for this recipe are macaroni, penne, butterfly and more.
Choose any vegetables such as broccoli, colorful bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and more. You can serve this pasta at room temperature or cold. You can add Italian dressing and cheese also if like it.

Ingredients:
250g/ 1 Cup Boiled Pasta (Any Shape)
1/4 Cup Boiled Corn
1/4 Cup Boiled Frozen Peas
1/4 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (Red and Green), Chopped
1/4 Cup Cucumber, Finely Chopped
For Dressing
3 Tbsps. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Honey
Black Salt to Taste
Black Pepper Powder to Taste
Chaat Masala to Taste
Instructions:
Boil the pasta in salted water for 10-15 minutes till to cook.
Keep aside to cool at room temperature.
Combine the dressing ingredients in one bowl, mix well and keep aside.
Combine all the ingredients for salad in large bowl and add dressing. Mix well.
Serve chilled.
