Mango kheer is a quick and easy to make dessert, filled with the goodness of juicy mangoes. Mango is a summer fruit, through which you can prepare anything such as beverages, main course and dessert. You can enjoy various varieties of mangoes in Delhi.
Mango kheer is prepared with mango pulp, full cream milk, golden fried vermicelli and nuts. You can garnish the kheer with chopped nuts, chopped mangoes, and saffron and cardamom powder.

What we need to make mango kheer:
1/2 Cup Mango Pulp
1 Tbsp. Ghee
1 Cup Vermicelli
5 Cups Full Cream Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
Few Saffron Strands
Chopped Nuts for Garnishing
Chopped Mangoes for Garnishing
How to Make Mango Kheer:
Heat the ghee in non-stick pan, add vermicelli and saute for two minutes or till to golden on low flame and keep aside. Boil the milk in deep saucepan and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add roasted vermicelli and mix well. Cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes, keep stirring. Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, saffron and mix well. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes more and keep stirring. Remove from the flame and cool completely. Add mango pulp and mix well. Keep in freeze for atleast half an hour and serve chilled.

Few days back I had made rice kheer and whatever we left after serving once, I added chopped mangoes to that and it tasted awesome. Your mango kheer with vermicelli is way easier and faster.. Must try it
