Sweet roti is really good option for some time, when sweet craving goes on. Nariyal ki meethi roti or paratha is a quite simple variation of puran poli recipe which made with coconut, sugar and flour. Addition of cardamom and funnel powder in stuffing helps to enhance the taste of paratha. For this recipe, you have to just knead the regular dough with milk instead of water and stuffed with grated coconut, sugar and some flavors.
You can use either fresh coconut or desiccated coconut whatever available. For more addition, you can add grated dry fruits also such as cashews, almonds or walnuts.
