Papad Chaat Recipe is very simple and easy to make Indian snack recipe which made by crushed papad and combined with chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, lemon juice. Addition of crushed cashews and peanuts gives the crunchy texture to this salad recipe. It is a perfect option to serve with any rice recipe such as Methi Matar Pulao, Corn Tahri, Tawa Pulao and Masala Rice recipe.
I use Ragi or nachni papad to make this papad chaat recipe but you can take any papad such as dal papad, rice papad or aloo papad to make this quick and tasty chaat recipe. This salad or chaat recipe is great and healthy combination of fruits and vegetables. Even you can add raw mango, Boiled potatoes, Radish and more ingredients.

Ingredients
6 Ragi Papad, Fried or Roasted
1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Tomato, Finely Chopped
1/3 Cup Cucumber, Finely Chopped
2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
2 Tbsp. Coriander, Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Peanuts, Roasted and Crushed
2 Tbsps. Cashews, Roasted and Crushed
Salt to Taste
Chaat Masala to Taste
1 Lemon, Juice
How to make ragi papad chaat recipe:
Roast on an open flame or fry the papad in hot oil and crush them into small pieces and transfer into serving bowl. Now add chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chilies, coriander, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Add crushed peanuts and cashews and toss gently. Serve immediately otherwise papad will get soggy. You can add chutney also for more flavorful chaat. Serve the Ragi Papad Chaat as a side dish with any main course recipe such as biryani or pulao.
