Chole bhature is a dish from the Punjabi cuisine. It is a combination of chana masala (spicy white chickpeas) and bhatura, fried bread made from maida flour (soft wheat). But when you visit at Delhi roadside chole bhature wala, they serves the black chickpeas curry with addition of boiled potato chunks with yeast free bhaturas which are lighter than fermented dough bhaturas.
