Today I post Noodle wrapped paneer recipe under the Chinese cuisine theme.
It’s a starter recipe which prepared
with marinated paneer wrapped around with noodles.

For this recipe, you can use rice noodles or normal packet noodles. Firstly boil the noodles according to packet instructions and mix with cornflour and salt for golden and crunchy texture. It’s a nice, crunchy chinese snack inspired by prawn based recipe. I made as vegetarian version for my readers.

How to Prepare Noodle Wrapped Paneer Recipe

Instructions
Cut the
paneer into long and thick pieces.

Mix the
marination ingredients in deep bowl and add chopped paneer slices, mix well.

Keep aside
for a couple of minutes to infuse the flavors in paneer.

noodles and mix with cornflour and salt.

Pierce the
paneer with satay sticks and wrapped with noodles and keep aside.

Deep fry
them till to golden and crisp. Serve immediately with chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
