Generally Samosas are served with green or meethi chutney and Chola Curry, but in Rajasthan you can easily found samosas or kachori with Kadhi as chaat. It’s quite different way to serve but taste was really awesome. I have added green chutney, chopped onion and pomegranate seeds in this dish. This chaat is a meal in itself.
A samosa or sambusa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, cheese and meat. Its size and consistency may vary, but typically it is distinctly triangular shape. Indian samosas are usually vegetarian, and often accompanied by mint chutney. Samosas are a popular entrée, appetizer or snack in the local cuisines of the Arabian Peninsula, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, the Mediterranean, and the Indian subcontinent, the Horn of Africa, East Africa, North Africa and South Africa. Due to cultural diffusion and emigration from these areas, samosas in today’s world are also prepared in other regions.
