  1. I just finished my dinner but still feeling like grabbing and finishing off those pakoras. Never knew that leftover khichdi can be used to make such a scrumptious snack. I want to curl up with that bowl of crispy, yum pakodas and a cup of hot chocolate with the kind of nasty weather we have right now.

  2. Now, this is simply out of the world dish! I would never have thought of presenting a khichdi as a pakoda, and my those pakodas are done so well Preeti. Such lovely and sinful looking deep fried ones!

  3. One of the best ways to use leftover khichdi that no one wants to finis off. I too make this the sam eway but sometimes add rice flour to it. Pakoras look so delsih..

  4. Hi Preeti. I tried your “Dal KhichdiPakpra”. It was simply awesome. My kids love it. My kerala friend suggest snacks will taste yummy when fried in coconut oil. I tried your recipe in coconut oil. The blend of fabulous.
