Are you craving for a spicy Indian paratha or breakfast then Green Chilli Paratha is perfect solution for your tastebuds. Green chilli paratha or Hari Mirch Ka paratha is an Indian flatbread recipe which made with stuffing of green chilies and served with curd and mango pickle. These parathas are super tasty and crisp and perfect accompaniment with paneer gravies as main course. It is a super easy recipe, does not need many ingredients and too much efforts.
Most of time when I visit any restaurant with my family, always order one or two green chili laccha paratha with butter paneer masala. It’s mine husband favorite combo.

B- Bajra Bhakri
Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp. Oil
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Carom Seeds
1/2Â Tsp. Nigella Seeds
1/2 Cup Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
Oil For Cooking
Flour for Dusting
Water for Kneading
How to make Green Chili Paratha
Combine flour, salt, and oil in a deep bowl and knead a soft dough using enough water and keep aside. Heat the 1 tsp. oil in non-stick pan and add carom seeds and nigella seeds. When they start crackle, add green chillies and salt and saute few seconds and keep aside. Take a small portion of dough. Roll a portion into circle and place small portion of chilli stuffing in center. Bring all the edges in center and seal tightly. Roll again by using a little flour for rolling. Heat a tawa on medium flame and cook the paratha till to golden brown from both sides using oil. Serve hot chili paratha with curd and pickle.
