I always prefer to make this refreshing drink at my home for my family during summer. it is a perfect summer quencher to give you ehsas of jannat .. may be that why they called this Mohabbat E Sharbat.  This sharbat is very popular during Ramzan and Eid. 

 

History of Mohabbat ka Sharbat

 

Nawab Qureshi , a person behind this amazing pyar mohabbat sharbat  who sells this refreshing drink for INR 10 per glass. A native of Uttar Pradesh, Nawab Qureshi, came to Delhi a couple of years back to earn a livelihood. He sells the refreshing cooler exclusively in the summer months. Watermelon is a key ingredient, along with rose flavoured milk. Together, they lend a delightfully refreshing pink hue to the drink.

Ingredients

 

500 ml Chilled Milk

1/4 Cup Sugar (Optional)

3 Tbsps Rose Syrup or Roohafza

1 Cup Watermelon Juice

1 Cup Watermelon Chunks (Small Sized)

1 Cup Water

1 Cup Ice Cubes

Rose Petals (Garnishing)

 

How to Make Mohabbat Ka Sharbat

 

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl or jar. 

Add rose petals, watermelon chunks and ice cubes. Mix well. 

Serve Immediately.
