Onion pakoras are spicy and crunchy snack which you can serve as starter or with main course as side meal.

Ingredients for Crunchy Onion Pakoras:
2 Cups Onion, Sliced
2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
2 Tbsps. Coriander Leaves, Chopped
3/4 Cup Gram Flour
Salt to Taste
Red Chili Powder to Taste
Chaat Masala to Taste
2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp. Asafoetida
1 Tsp. Carom Seeds
Oil for frying
1/2 Cup Water for Mixing
How to make Crunchy Onion Pakoras:
Combine onion, spices, coriander, green chilies and besan together and mix well. Add water slowly and mix well. Heat the oil in a heavy bottom wok. Drain it on absorbent paper. Serve with ketchup or Indian chutney.
