Motichoor ladoo is one of mine favourites laddu or Indian sweet. This time I tried motichoor laddu without boondi using chana dal. Normally motichoor laddu are prepared with tiny boondis using besan. This is best alternative of motichoor laddu which can be prepared using chana dal and sugar syrup. It looks like a motichoor laddu and taste is also good as motichoor laddu.
This motichoor laddu is an easy Indian sweet recipe which prepared on festival time like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Holi and more.
For this recipe, first you need to soak the dal in to water and grind it into a coarse paste but without water. Now fried this coarse paste into desi ghee in small portions. Try to use only desi ghee for better taste. Now again grind the fried dal into coarse form. Mix them into sugar syrup.
