Rose Lassi is a punjabi sweet lassi made with rose flavored syrup or roohafza, i preferred roohafza, mix with chilled fresh curd and milk. Love this attractive pinkish color of this drink.
Refrigerate the sweet lassi for atleast 20-30 minutes before serving because lassi is best served chilled and gives enough time to dissolve properly into the curd.
